Telescope’s qualitative research with key target groups yielded two major benefits:

• Insights that led to product enhancements to the Giftabulator® software application.
• A user’s perspective to guide content development and the redesign of the Giftabulator® website.

Our remake included a revised Giftabulator® value proposition and new, unique features: an online interactive ROI calculator, a license fee calculator, and enhanced data capture capability delivered via an e-newsletter and on-line demo treatment. The result was a sharp rise in interest from new prospects and multiple leads for the sales force.
